Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our shop and add any items that you wish to purchase by clicking on the "Buy Now or add to cart" buttons. After you have finished your selections, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

The view cart facility give you the opportunity to either checkout and pay for goods of alternatively cancel any previously made selections.

We accept all major payment options. Card payments are administered by our online payment partner "Paypal" a totally safe and reliable way to buy. If you prefer to pay by cheque or over the phone then please contact us at bedlinendirect.co.uk. Please leave your details and the most convenient time to call you and will do this within 24 hours.

If you are shopping from out of the UK Mainland please email us and we can discuss the carriage costs and particulars of your order.

When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling All UK Mainland orders will be subject to a small carriage and handling fee of £5.95. This is a subsidised rate, any returns that are not fault of the manufacturer will be charged at the FULL rate incurred by us.

Northern Ireland deliveries are charged at a higher rate, please email for us to quote accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE THE COMPANY CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THIRD PARTIES RECEIVING AND SIGNING FOR GOODS AT YOUR STATED ADDRESS IN THE EVENT OF A CLAIM FOR NON-DELIVERY.

Please ensure that the address you give shall be a secure address for receiving goods, a workplace if often a good option. Please make sure where you can that the cardholder is available to accept the delivery in person.

All of our pricing structure's are inclusive of V.A.T at the NEW UK standard rate of 15.00%, if you are ordering from the USA or non european union countries and are V.A.T exempt ,please email us and we will discuss your requirements in more detail.

Delivery Schedule We aim to have all deliveries made in under 5 working days. From time to time this may not be possible and you will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm the delivery date for your order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security Our Payment service provider is HSBC Merchant Services and PayPal through our sister site Bedlinen Direct Ltd

Privacy Policy Bedlinen Direct do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Returns Policy Returns Policy Under european legislation you are entitled to return all goods under our guarantee scheme within 7 days from receipt of the goods, they shall be packaged, undamaged and un-used. Due to Hygiene reasons duvets and pillows cannot be returned if they have been opened for any reason.

Under our guarantee all goods are to be returned at the buyer's expense, full refund or exchange will be given less any delivery charges all ready incurred subject to this criteria being met. Our delivery charges of £5.95 are currently discounted and any returns will be charged at the full rate of £5.95

All returns MUST be notified in writting or by email before sending goods back to us as we use third party warehousing to save costs and goods must be sent to the relevent location beofre a refund will be issued.

Please email us in the event that you are dissatisfied with the goods or service you have received. Will we endevour to rectify all issue's with 48 hours to your total satisfaction (prior to any return of goods).

This does not effect your statutory rights.
